Domestic Sales - Manager

The Sales Manager - Domestic will be responsible for driving sales growth within the domestic market, managing relationships with key customers, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and team management to expand the company's market presence and achieve revenue goals. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets in the domestic market. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve team performance. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and customer needs to ensure the company remains competitive. Provide accurate sales forecasts and action plans to meet short-term and long-term business goals. Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with key clients to secure deals and ensure favorable terms. Track and evaluate sales performance, provide feedback, and implement strategies to address performance gaps. Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.
