Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Domestic Recruiter

with strong expertise in end-to-end hiring across the Indian job market. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing full recruitment cycles, stakeholder coordination, and delivering quality hires within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    for domestic positions across multiple domains and levels.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social networks, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on skill fit, experience, and cultural alignment.
  • Conduct telephonic/virtual interviews and coordinate technical rounds with hiring panels.
  • Manage salary negotiations, offer rollout, onboarding coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain daily/weekly recruitment trackers and ensure timely reporting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and internal business teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience as a

    Domestic Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

    .
  • Strong knowledge of Indian recruitment market and hiring trends.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals, sourcing techniques, resume screening, and candidate assessment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume hiring with tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ATS tools, and recruitment reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Experience hiring for IT / Non-IT / BFSI / Manufacturing (customize based on your need).
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Strong networking and talent mapping skills.
