Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT positions.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Utilize portals and social platforms effectively for talent acquisition.
Coordinate interviews and maintain strong candidate relationships.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.

Requirements:

2–4 years of
Domestic IT Recruitment
experience.
Strong knowledge of
LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other portals
.
Good understanding of IT skills and technologies.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Preference for candidates based in Delhi NCR.
