You are a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst with 3-8+ years of experience for a Contract role based in Bangalore (Hybrid). You possess strong analytical skills and have experience in ServiceMax (SMax) or Field Service Lightning (FSL). Your responsibilities include gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for ServiceMax or FSL implementations. You collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements, design solutions, and work closely with technical teams to ensure effective implementation. Additionally, you conduct user training, support UAT, and create functional specifications and business documentation. The ideal candidate for this role will have 4-6 years of Business Analyst experience, a strong understanding of ServiceMax (SMax) or Field Service Lightning (FSL), and experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (preferred for FSL experience).
