Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development. Your expertise should include proficiency in Apex, VisualForce, Aura, and LWC for custom app and component development. You should possess strong front-end skills in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow, and App Builder is essential for this role. Your technical skills should extend to expertise in Salesforce Metadata, Sharing Model, and Governor Limits. You should be knowledgeable in REST API, XML, JSON, and API integrations including middleware and point-to-point integrations. Familiarity with data management tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, ETL, SOQL, and SOSL is required. Having an active Salesforce System Administrator Certification is mandatory for this position. Additional Salesforce certifications are preferred but not required. A strong understanding of SaaS and Salesforce architecture along with experience in AppExchange and third-party integrations will be beneficial. You should have knowledge of CI/CD tools and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with Salesforce IDEs such as VS Code, Salesforce CLI, SFDX, and IntelliJ is important. An understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles will be advantageous in this role.
