Salesforce Developer

Role Summary:
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will develop and maintain applications within ERP/CRM systems (primarily Salesforce), with minimal supervision. You'll collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions, mentor junior developers, and actively contribute to practice-wide initiatives.

Responsibilities / Key Outcomes:
Develop applications/modules as per user stories and low-level designs.Debug, test (95%+ coverage), and document high-quality code.Participate in code reviews, release processes, and defect management.Perform impact analysis, effort estimation, and sprint planning.Mentor junior team members and assist with onboarding.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and suggest improvements.Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives, reusable components, and best practices.Support and improve deployment, sandbox refresh, and release management processes.Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project SLAs.

Must-Have Skills:
Salesforce Development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura ComponentsDeclarative Tools: Flows, Process Builder, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, Page LayoutsIntegration Skills: Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs, External system integrationsData Handling: SOQL/SOSL, Data Loader or similar toolsDeployment & Release: Experience with production deployments and handling deployment errorsStandards: Adherence to Salesforce best practices, code reviews, and secure coding practicesSoft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, team collaboration, mentoring skillsAgile Methodologies: Working knowledge of Scrum or Kanban

Good-to-Have Skills:
