Should exhibit excellent interpersonal relationships and client / Candidate engaging skills. Responsible for Sourcing potential candidates based on the client's job description. Should be able to learn quickly and start using online platform tools (like Naukri, Monster, Dice & Linkedin, etc) to identify potential resources. Will be responsible for pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities and role fit. Willing to learn IT & software skills and technology terms. Willingness to learn and exhibit negotiation skills, which is one of the most imperative skills for a recruiter. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication with a very strong accent and active listening skills. Well-versed in Outlook, Google, and Microsoft. Having a learning urge always and staying up to date with new technologies. Willingness to adapt to the company work culture with a Positive mind & and a passion to grow along with the organization.
