Job Summary

Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in the recruitment domain through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online/offline channels.
• Use tools like

  Lusha

  (or similar) to research and validate client contact information.
• Maintain and update client data in the CRM system to ensure accuracy.
• Pitch recruitment services to prospective clients, understand their hiring needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into active clients.
• Collaborate with the business development and recruitment teams to meet sales targets.
• Track and report on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and sales performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of inside sales or lead generation experience (preferably in the recruitment/staffing industry).
• Proficiency in using lead-generation tools such as

  Lusha

  .
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
