Role Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented and organized Documentation Executive to join our team in New Delhi. The role involves managing and preparing documentation for import, export, and merchant trade operations while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal teams, clients, and authorities to facilitate smooth documentation processes and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and manage import, export, and merchant trade documentation in compliance with international regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate document flow.
• Liaise with clients, shipping lines, and regulatory authorities to address documentation requirements.
• Maintain proper filing and storage of all trade-related documents for easy retrieval.
• Support audits and compliance checks with accurate documentation records.
• Assist in streamlining documentation workflows for efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven expertise in export/import documentation and related processes.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is mandatory.
• Experience in document management systems and related tools.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and authorities.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
