Position: Documentation Executive/Documentation Experts

Location: Kochi

Experience: 1–3 years (In documentation field)

Role Overview

The Documentation Executive will be responsible for managing all documentation processes of the organization with accuracy and efficiency. This includes collecting, verifying, and maintaining organizational records in both physical and digital formats. The role requires high attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

· Document Collection & Verification: Collect, verify, and organize all required documents such as records, client files, agreements, certificates, and operational reports. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of documents. Support in the concerned domain of work whether it is placement, application or any other.

· Record Keeping & Data Entry: Maintain systematic filing (both physical and digital) for easy access and retrieval.

· Compliance & Confidentiality: Ensure that all documentation complies with organizational standards, statutory requirements, and confidentiality norms. Maintain strict security over sensitive or confidential information.

· Documentation & Reporting Support: Prepare documentation and reports required for Management reviews.

· Problem Solving: Address documentation-related issues promptly, such as missing papers, mismatched records, or delays in dispatch. Provide solutions to ensure smooth operations.

Qualification required

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field.

· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in documentation (experience in any industry/field will be considered).

Skills Required

· Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational ability.

· Good typing speed and accuracy

· Good communication skills (both verbal and written in English).

· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.

· High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive documents.
