Documentation Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive fresher to join our manufacturing team as a Documentation Assistant. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in the medical device or healthcare manufacturing sector. The selected candidate will support the preparation, organization, and maintenance of documentation related to Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) processes. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and updating QA/QC documentation including batch records, inspection reports, and compliance checklists Maintain accurate filing systems for product-related paperwork, both physical and digital Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure timely documentation of manufacturing activities Support internal audits by organizing relevant records and logs Ensure all documentation complies with regulatory standards (CDSCO, FDA, ISO) Help in drafting basic reports and summaries for quality reviews Perform data entry and assist in document formatting as per SOPs Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree in Arts, Commerce, or Science (BA/BCom/BSc) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn and grow in a regulated manufacturing environment Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams What We OfferHands-on training in QA/QC documentation practices Exposure to regulatory standards and compliance frameworks Supportive team environment with growth opportunities Chance to contribute to high-impact healthcare innovations
