Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records accurately.
  • Handle data entry tasks using MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Update and organize files in both digital and physical formats.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for document collection and verification.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure documents are up to date.

Required Skills:

  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fast and accurate typing & data entry skills.
  • Basic knowledge of formatting, formulas, and tables in Excel.
  • Good communication and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Any degree or diploma in administration/computer applications.
  • Prior experience in documentation or admin support is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
