We're looking for talented professionals with:

• Minimum Experience of 2-5 years
• Minimum Educational qualifications - Any Graduate from Science, Arts, or Commerce.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
• Candidate should be able to do page formatting for

  MS word and Excel

  files and aware of header and footer editing, cover page and TOC preparation in word and excel.
• Ensure proper document classification, sorting, filing, and archiving.
• Prepare document transmittals and ensure proper distribution to relevant parties.
• Able to coordinate with Team/Group leaders/Engineers from different trades/departments.
• Experience with Adobe acrobat/ PDF and PowerPoint with basic operations.
• Support audits and quality assurance processes by providing required documentation.
• Knowledge of technical terms such as Bill of quantities (BOQ), summary sheet, Specifications, etc. is added advantage.
• Ready to work late hours/ during weekends as per submission deadline requirements (as instructed by concern Team/Group Leader).
• Candidate should attend office all work week, if working on complex project, which needs close in-person coordination; for such cases hybrid working not allowed for time being.
