Document Controller

Responsibilities As a professional Document Controller, you will be creating and managing a structured documentation system for RRTS Metro Project while ensuring that all documents are accurately tracked, distributed and remain up-to- date. Proficiency in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to obtain and deliver relevant project documentation. Moreover, you should be well equipped to keep up-to-date with the latest document control regulations and standards. Establishing a structured documentation system for the project in accordance with the company's document control procedures. Managing and maintaining the documentation library, ensuring that all documents are accurately classified, registered, and stored in a secure and controlled manner. Generating and revising project documents, including project plans, schedules, reports, procedures, and forms. Ensuring that all project documents are up-to-date, accurate, complete, and comply with the company standards and legal requirements. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including project team members, vendors, clients, and regulatory bodies, to obtain and provide relevant project documentation. Tracking and reporting on project document status, progress, and issues, using appropriate tools and systems. Facilitating document reviews, approvals, and sign-offs, and ensuring that all documents are properly authorised and distributed to relevant parties. Monitoring and reporting on document change requests, deviations, and transmittals, and taking corrective actions as necessary. Providing guidance and training to project team members and other stakeholders on document control policies, procedures, and systems. Ensuring that all documentation work complies with confidentiality, data protection, and security regulations.
