Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Contracting Manager to manage hotel partnerships and contracting across Thailand, Dubai, Bali, Singapore, and Vietnam. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of international markets, a strong supplier network, and proven negotiation skills to secure the best value and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

·    Identify and on board hotel partners across the assigned international regions


·    Negotiate competitive rates, exclusive offers, and value-added services


·    Manage seasonal rate sheets, contract terms, and allocation agreements


·    Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotel suppliers


·    Ensure timely contract renewals and compliance with internal standards


·    Monitor and evaluate hotel performance and service levels


·    Collaborate with internal teams to align supply with client demand


·    Conduct destination visits to develop partnerships and explore new hotels


·    Analyse pricing trends and competitor strategies to stay competitive


  




Requirements:

·    4–6 years of experience in hotel contracting or travel procurement


·    Strong supplier network and market understanding of Southeast Asia and the Middle East


·    Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills


·    Deep understanding of FIT and group travel products


·    Strong grasp of seasonal pricing, contract structures, and rate formats


·    Willingness to travel extensively across regions


·    Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and contract management platforms


  




Preferred Qualities:

·    Background in B2B travel or OTA


·    Multilingual communication skills are a plus


·    Commercially driven, detail-oriented, and proactive
