DMC Hotel Contracting Manager

As a Hotel Contracting Manager at Eagle Crest Global Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in managing hotel partnerships and contracting across Thailand, Dubai, Bali, Singapore, and Vietnam. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and onboarding hotel partners in the assigned international regions - Negotiating competitive rates, exclusive offers, and value-added services - Managing seasonal rate sheets, contract terms, and allocation agreements - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with hotel suppliers - Ensuring timely contract renewals and compliance with internal standards - Monitoring and evaluating hotel performance and service levels - Collaborating with internal teams to align supply with client demand - Conducting destination visits to develop partnerships and explore new hotels - Analyzing pricing trends and competitor strategies to stay competitive To excel in this role, you should have: - 4-6 years of experience in hotel contracting or travel procurement - Strong supplier network and market understanding of Southeast Asia and the Middle East - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills - Deep understanding of FIT and group travel products - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and contract management platforms - Willingness to travel extensively across regions Preferred qualities include a background in B2B travel or OTA, multilingual communication skills, and a commercially driven, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
