Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Channel Partner Development: Identify, appoint, and nurture distributors, dealers, and resellers across assigned territories.
Sales Growth: Drive revenue and market share through structured channel sales strategies for 12V/24V lithium-ion battery products.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure sustained business and loyalty.
Market Penetration: Implement go-to-market strategies to enhance presence in target segments such as UPS, telecom, solar, industrial, and mobility.
Pricing & Commercials: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and incentives in line with company policies.
Training & Enablement: Conduct product training and sales enablement sessions for channel partners and their teams.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to adjust strategies proactively.
Sales Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze sales data, and submit regular MIS reports to management

Preferred candidate profile

8-12 years of sales experience in automotive, industrial, or energy storage sectors.
Minimum 5 years in channel partner sales management.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with lead-acid and lithium-ion battery technologies, particularly in 12V & 24V configurations.
