District Sales Manager

You are a District Sales Manager responsible for overseeing sales operations within an assigned territory. Your primary duties include leading a team of sales representatives, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve district sales targets, monitoring market trends, setting and tracking sales goals, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds revenue and performance targets. You will also be responsible for training, mentoring, and providing regular performance evaluations to team members to enhance their performance. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders is essential. You should address customer concerns, resolve complaints, and work with sales representatives to develop customized solutions for clients. Additionally, you will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense management for the district, analyze sales reports and key performance indicators to drive business decisions, and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum graduation in any field, proven experience as a District Sales Manager, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make strategic decisions. Preferred qualifications include industry-specific experience in FMCG, an MBA, or additional sales certifications.
