Develop and execute business strategies, create forecasts, set sales targets, and adapt strategies based on market analysis. 

Sales & Marketing:

Monitor and manage sales performance, conduct market research, identify new opportunities, and support marketing campaigns. 

Operations Management:

Oversee daily operations, allocate resources, manage budgets, ensure compliance with company standards, and address customer satisfaction issues. 

People Management:

Recruit, train, and motivate store managers and staff, provide coaching, and resolve employee issues. 

Financial Management:

Manage district expenditures, control costs, and ensure the financial health of each location. 

Compliance:

Ensure all locations adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
