Job Description

Gates Corporation is looking for Distributor Development Manager-AR to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective distributor development strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and other stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Monitor and evaluate distributor performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in distributor development or a related field.
Strong understanding of the distribution channel and its dynamics.
