Distribution Executive

Job Title: Distribution ExecutiveJob SummaryThe Distribution Executive is responsible for managing and optimizing the distribution of products to ensure timely, cost-effective, and accurate delivery to customers, distributors, and retailers. The role involves coordinating with warehouses, transporters, sales teams, and channel partners to maintain efficient supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities·        Plan, execute, and monitor daily distribution and dispatch operations ·        Coordinate with warehouses, logistics partners, and transport providers ·        Ensure timely delivery of goods as per schedules and customer requirements ·        Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate distribution records ·        Prepare delivery schedules, invoices, and shipment documentation ·        Resolve delivery issues, shortages, damages, or delays ·        Track transportation costs and support cost-optimization initiatives ·        Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements ·        Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to meet market demand ·        Generate distribution and performance reports for management Qualifications & Skills·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field (preferred) ·        Proven experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations ·        Strong organizational and coordination skills ·        Good communication and negotiation abilities ·        Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, or logistics software ·        Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines ·        Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience·        1years of experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations Key Competencies·        Distribution planning ·        Logistics coordination ·        Inventory control ·        Vendor & transporter management ·        Reporting and documentation
