DISPATCH OFFICER

Baddi,

The ideal candidate will oversee dispatch operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of signage products across project sites in India. With over 25 years of industry leadership, Budget Signs operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in Baddi and provides branding solutions to major corporate clients.

Responsibilities

Manage dispatch operations and shipment scheduling for signage materials.
Ensure accurate packing, documentation, and on-time delivery to client sites.
Interaction with transporters for vehicle planning.
Monitor logistics and inventory; liaise with production, sales, and installation teams.
Maintain dispatch records and report to management; implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Graduate in Engineering/Logistics/Supply Chain or similar.
Dispatch/logistics experience in manufacturing/project environments is desirable.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of dispatch management is desirable
