Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dispatch Officer to join our team in Bhilad, Vapi. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in dispatch operations and pharma logistics.

Roles and Responsibility

Plan and execute dispatches of finished goods as per schedule.
Coordinate with production, QA, QC, and warehouse teams to ensure readiness of materials for dispatch.
Create and process outbound delivery orders in SAP (MM/SD Module).
Arrange logistics based on the delivery schedule and transportation requirements.
Ensure all dispatch documents are prepared and verified.
Monitor stock availability and GR/IR reports in SAP.
Generate dispatch-related MIS reports from SAP and Excel.
Liaise with transporters, CFA agents, and logistics partners for timely delivery.
Communicate with the sales team and customers on dispatch status and delivery timelines.
Handle customer queries related to dispatch, documentation, and delivery issues.
Monitor stock levels of finished goods and packaging materials, reconcile dispatch stock against physical stock regularly, and support stock audits and cycle counts as required.
