Position: Dispatch Manager

Location: Himmatnagar

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in dispatch/logistics operations within the

  FMCG or food manufacturing industry

  .

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire dispatch operations to ensure

  timely and accurate delivery

  of finished goods.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and warehouse teams to plan and execute daily dispatch schedules.
• Monitor and manage

  transportation partners, vehicle scheduling, and route optimization

  for cost-effective logistics.
• Ensure proper documentation for all dispatches, including

  invoices, gate passes, and transport documents

  .
• Maintain accurate

  inventory and stock movement records

  in coordination with the warehouse team.
• Monitor loading/unloading operations to ensure

  product safety and quality standards

  during handling.
• Track deliveries and resolve issues related to

  delays, damages, or discrepancies

  in shipments.
• Implement and monitor

  FIFO (First In, First Out)

  practices for stock dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with

  company policies, EHS, and statutory regulations

  related to dispatch and logistics.
• Prepare and share

  dispatch MIS reports

  and performance metrics with the management team.
• Continuously improve dispatch processes for

  efficiency, cost reduction, and service level enhancement

  .
