Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily order processing, managing dispatch operations, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating deliveries with logistics partners. This role requires good computer knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Processing & Dispatch Accurately enter order details into company software/Excel sheets. Generate and print invoices, labels, and dispatch documents. Coordinate daily pickups with courier/logistics partners. Ensure parcels are packed, labeled, and handed over correctly. Inventory Management Track incoming and outgoing stock on a daily basis. Update and maintain stock records in Excel/software. Highlight low stock levels to the management team proactively. Delivery & Return Coordination Monitor delivery status and resolve issues with courier partners. Handle customer return orders and update system records accordingly. Escalate delayed/missed deliveries and ensure timely resolution. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily and weekly dispatch reports. Record RTO (Return to Origin) and reconcile with accounts team. Support management in audits by keeping accurate records. Skills & Qualifications RequiredBasic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets (must know formulas like VLOOKUP, filters, pivots preferred). Comfortable with computer-aided dispatch software or willingness to learn new tools. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication skills for coordinating with courier partners and internal teams. Prior experience in dispatch/logistics/inventory management is preferred but not mandatory.
