Job Description

We are a growing home décor & textile brand selling across multiple e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Order Processing & E-Commerce Executive who has hands-on experience with Amazon, Etsy, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should be able to manage listings, process daily orders, communicate with customers, and ensure smooth backend operations. Key Responsibilities Manage daily order processing across Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, and other platforms. Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, images, descriptions, tags, and pricing. Monitor inventory, update stock levels, and coordinate with the production/warehouse team. Handle customer inquiries, returns, replacements, and order-related communication. Track shipments, generate labels, and ensure all orders are dispatched on time. Maintain accuracy in product data across all marketplaces. Monitor reviews, feedback, and resolve customer issues professionally. Support basic analytics such as tracking top-selling products, return patterns, etc. Prepare daily/weekly reports for sales and order status. Skills & Qualifications Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Etsy Seller Hub, and other e-commerce portals. Strong understanding of online listings, tags, SEO for product pages, and inventory management. Good communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to work with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Basic knowledge of order shipping platforms like USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. (optional but preferred). Ability to work independently and meet daily timelines.
