Client Relationship Executive

Fabritual is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and creative associate to support our brand’s strategic growth in the US home décor market. This role is crucial for managing communication with our trade partners, assisting in brand initiatives, nurturing key customer relationships, and researching new potential clients such as interior designers, boutique store owners, and home décor buyers across the USA. Key Responsibilities - Trade Program Management Respond to trade program inquiries and emails promptly and professionally. Maintain meticulous communication records and ensure timely follow-ups. Prepare and distribute up-to-date catalogs, lookbooks, and wholesale pricing details as required. Branding & Website Support Assist in creating compelling website content, product layouts, banners, and brand stories. Coordinate effectively with design teams for graphic updates, photoshoots, and product listings. Ensure rigorous brand and visual consistency across the website and social channels. Client Follow-ups & Relationship Management Proactively reconnect with existing or previous buyers, interior designers, and store owners to drive repeat business. Maintain an organized CRM log for tracking communication, quotes, and status updates. Draft clean, professional email correspondence with exceptional written English. New Client Research (USA Market Focus)Build targeted lists of interior designers, architects, boutique store owners, and home décor businesses in the US. Research relevant trade shows, wholesale marketplaces, and strategic partnership opportunities. Prepare structured reports detailing contact information, website data, and opportunity ranking. Marketing & Automation Tools Comfortable working with tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Canva, Shopify (optional), and Notion. Proficient in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, email automation) for productivity and creative tasks. Assist in designing engaging newsletters and automated email sequences. Required Skills & Experience Exceptional written and spoken English is mandatory. Strong professional communication and follow-up skills. Practical knowledge of key platforms: Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Canva, Excel/Google Sheets. Solid understanding of website content structure and brand consistency principles. Proven ability to conduct effective research on US-based design professionals and décor businesses. Familiarity with leveraging AI tools for enhancing productivity and creative output. Highly organized, punctual, and driven to learn new tools quickly. Experience in the home décor or textiles industry is a plus (but not mandatory).
