Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Executive located in Gautam Buddha Nagar. The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for managing the dispatch workflow, ensuring timely delivery of goods to clients, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and client requirements. The ideal candidate will focus on operational efficiency while supporting the company’s mission of delivering high-quality medical products.

Qualifications

Proficiency in inventory management, logistics coordination, and dispatch processes
Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Effective communication skills for coordination with internal teams, clients, and logistics partners
Working knowledge of shipping documentation, compliance regulations, and maintaining delivery records
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office, and familiarity with dispatch management software is an advantage
Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting and demonstrate proactive problem-solving capabilities
Prior experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
