Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dishwasher to join our team at Bulls and Bears Bistro. The ideal candidate will have 4-9 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
Operate and maintain dish washing machines efficiently to ensure timely service delivery.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to prepare and cook dishes according to customer requirements.
Ensure all food items are stored properly and handled safely.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Dishwasher or in a related field within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking techniques.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
