Job brief


A utility executive shall be responsible for cleaning of various preparatory utensils in the kitchen as part of the F&B operations as per the company's standard operating procedures. He/she should have a good experience and understanding of hotel kitchens/material/crockery/presentation/etc.


Key responsibilities


  1. Understanding materiality/crockery/cleaning agents/etc.
  2. Understanding kitchen layout including equipments such as braising pans, baking ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers
  3. Understanding of storage units, washing area, etc.
  4. Understanding of washing & drying cycles as per company's operating procedures
  5. Setting up various stations with the appropriate crockery & utensils
  6. Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene


Qualifications


  1. Min. 0-2 years of experience in a hotel, club, cruise, restaurant, etc.
  2. Extensive operational knowledge of hotel F&B operations
  3. Flexible to relocate anywhere in southern India
