Position- Director

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

o       Provide strategic and creative direction for all architectural projects, from concept to completion. 

o       Lead the development of innovative, sustainable, and client-centric design solutions. 

o       Establish and maintain high standards of design excellence across all projects. 

o       Mentor and inspire design teams, fostering creativity and collaboration. 

Project Oversight:

o       Oversee the design process to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with client goals. 

o       Guide design development, including master planning, conceptual design, detailed drawings,

and final execution. 

o       Manage design reviews, ensuring design integrity, budget adherence, and compliance with local

and regulations. 

o       Work closely with project managers to ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met. 

Client Engagement:

o       Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision and translating it

into design solutions. 

o       Present design concepts and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and collaborators. 

o       Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality design outcomes and managing

expectations effectively. 

Collaboration & Coordination:

o       Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, vendors, consultants,

and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. 

o       Facilitate cross-team communication and knowledge sharing to ensure consistent design quality. 

Business Development & Strategy:

o       Support the business development team by participating in pitches and design presentations to

win new projects. 

o       Identify emerging design trends and integrate them into the firm’s design philosophy. 

o       Help shape the firm's design strategy and contribute to its long-term growth and

reputation globally. 

Team Management:

o       Lead and manage a diverse team of architects and designers, providing mentorship,

performance feedback, and career development opportunities. 

o       Recruit and retain top design talent to strengthen the firm’s capabilities. 

o       Foster a positive, inclusive, and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth.
