Job Description

As a strategic Human Resources Manager, this position shall play a critical role in aligning HR practices with the overall business strategy of our Firm. Here are the key job responsibilities typically associated with this role: Strategic Planning & Alignment 1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's long-term goals. 2. Collaborate with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs and talent strategies. 3. Lead organizational change initiatives and culture transformation efforts 4. Ensure HR policies comply with labor laws and industry regulations. 5. Develop and update HR policies to reflect organizational values and legal requirements. Talent Management 1. Design and oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. 2. Develop succession planning and leadership development programs. 3. Implement performance management systems that drive business outcomes. Workforce Planning & Analytics 1. Use HR analytics & new age tools to make informed decision-making and improve workforce effectiveness. 2. Monitor key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, productivity) and recommend improvements. 3. Conduct workforce planning to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time. Employee Engagement & Culture 1. Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention. 2. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies. 3. Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture. Leadership & Team Development 1. Mentor and lead by example the HR & Administration team members and other stakeholders. 2. Facilitate training and development programs to build leadership capabilities and improve efficiency. 3. Promote continuous learning and professional development. 4. Lead HR aspects of organizational restructuring, mergers, or acquisitions. Desired Skills: HRIS (Human Resource Information System), employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management systems, diversity and inclusion strategies, and compensation.
