Position- Director

Key Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

oProvide strategic and creative direction for all architectural projects, from concept to completion.

oLead the development of innovative, sustainable, and client-centric design solutions.

oEstablish and maintain high standards of design excellence across all projects.

oMentor and inspire design teams, fostering creativity and collaboration.

Project Oversight:

oOversee the design process to ensure quality, efficiency, and alignment with client goals.

oGuide design development, including master planning, conceptual design, detailed drawings,

and final execution.

oManage design reviews, ensuring design integrity, budget adherence, and compliance with local

and regulations.

oWork closely with project managers to ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met.

Client Engagement:

oBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their vision and translating it

into design solutions.

oPresent design concepts and proposals to clients, stakeholders, and collaborators.

oEnsure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality design outcomes and managing

expectations effectively.

Collaboration & Coordination:

oWork collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, vendors, consultants,

and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

oFacilitate cross-team communication and knowledge sharing to ensure consistent design quality.

Business Development & Strategy:

oSupport the business development team by participating in pitches and design presentations to

win new projects.

oIdentify emerging design trends and integrate them into the firm's design philosophy.

oHelp shape the firm's design strategy and contribute to its long-term growth and

reputation globally.

Team Management:

oLead and manage a diverse team of architects and designers, providing mentorship,

performance feedback, and career development opportunities.

oRecruit and retain top design talent to strengthen the firm's capabilities.

oFoster a positive, inclusive, and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth.
