  • Responsibilities & Duties
  • Delivery Leadership :
    • Responsible for end-to-end delivery to customers and manage multiple customer engagements.
    • Lead and manage a diverse team of managers, software developers, analysts, testers, and other team members.
    • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
    • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.
  • Automation and Innovation :
    • Inculcate culture of automation and innovation.
    • Drive improvement and automation of systems, processes, and workflows within delivery team
    • Continually automate and improve support operations, improve system performance, do more with less
  • Client and Stakeholder Management :
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
    • Manage client expectations, ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients and stakeholders.
    • Facilitate effective collaboration between clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Project Management :
    • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects and ongoing Change Requests.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
    • Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders to track progress and address any issues.
  • Quality Assurance :
    • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with customer regulations and requirements.
    • Implement and maintain best practices for software development and project management.
    • Conduct regular quality reviews and audits of project deliverables.
  • Risk Management :
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
    • Develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
    • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Educational Background :
    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
    • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
  • Experience :
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software project management
    • Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
    • Proven experience in managing teams of 100+ resources.
  • Technical Skills :
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
    • Familiarity with software development tools and technologies.
    • Understanding of software architecture and design principles.
  • Soft Skills :
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
