Role Overview: Blue Yonder is seeking a high-impact Director - India Services Sales GTM Leader to drive and scale three key strategic functions: Small Deal Desk, Services Inside Sales, and the Proposal Factory. This role and these functions play a pivotal part in shaping and executing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Blue Yonder s Professional Services, working across sales, solutioning, delivery, and marketing functions. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone with strong experience in sales enablement, program management, and AI-driven content operations, with a passion for building key initiatives from the ground up. Strategic Leadership & Execution - Lead the India-based Services Inside Sales, Small Deal Desk, and Proposal Factory teams. Define goals, build processes, and align outputs to global sales and delivery objectives . Team Management & Scaling - Build and manage a growing team of high-performing professionals across the three functions. Provide coaching, resource planning, and career development support. Sales Enablement & Pipeline Generation - Guide the Services Inside Sales team in lead generation, outbound campaigns, and early-stage qualification through closure , of service opportunities across regions. Proposal Factory Oversight - Support end-to-end proposal development processes using Generative AI to accelerate RFP/RFI response creation, personalization, and quality improvement. Small Deal Desk Governance - Ensure high-quality, policy-compliant SOW/CR documentation for small-to-mid-size services deals ( GTM Process Design & Improvement - Establish repeatable, scalable workflows and automation across all three areas. Identify and implement tools (e. g., Salesforce, RFPIO, AI agents & content systems) that drive efficiency . Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Services Sales, Pre-Sales, Legal, Services Delivery, and Customer Success to streamline handoffs, align messaging, and ensure a unified customer experience. Innovation & Thought Leadership - Champion the use of Generative AI and automation in commercial processes. Bring fresh thinking to how we scale proposals and deal desk support globally. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, supply chain or related field. 14+ years of experience across sales operations, leadership, or program management, preferably in SaaS, technology, or professional services Proven experience setting up new teams or functions from scratch Strong people leadership skills; experience managing cross-functional teams Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator , and Gen - AI platforms Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills Ability to navigate ambiguity, set clear direction, and drive results in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in sales, solution consulting, or customer success is a strong plus What You ll Gain: A visible leadership role helping shape Blue Yonder s Services GTM model in India The opportunity to lead multiple high-impact, high-growth initiatives A chance to innovate using cutting-edge AI technology Exposure to global stakeholders and career advancement in a growing SaaS leader
