Key Responsibilities: Act as a trusted advisor for employees, addressing inquiries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures. Facilitate and promote a positive work environment. Support the performance appraisal process by assisting AS Leads with reports pertaining to setting objectives, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews. Assist in developing performance improvement plans when necessary. Assist AS Leads with data that is needed for analysis of internal parity, team compensation structure. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure that policies are up-to-date and communicated effectively to all employees. Assist AS Leads in performance management cases Conduct New Hire Orientation once trained Generate reports and analyze data to support HR decision-making. Conduct employee connects and engagement activities across Blue Yonder India Conduct exit interviews and track attrition for the business assigned to Responsible for handling employee queries and data requests assigned through Blue Yonder’s digital platform Analyze employee engagement results and provide reports Plan & organize internal team engagement activities Participate in HR Projects and support the project Handle all Workday activities for the business line assigned Our Values If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
