Job Title: PreSales Lead

We are seeking an experienced

PreSales Lead

to guide, manage, and mentor our presales team. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, drive proposal excellence, build strong client relationships, and contribute to strategic sales objectives. This role requires strong technical understanding, leadership capabilities, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor the presales team, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
  • Provide coaching to enhance presentation, product knowledge, and customer qualification skills.

2. Collaboration

  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Align presales strategies with overall business objectives.

3. Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze presales KPIs to assess team effectiveness.
  • Implement improvements to meet performance and revenue goals.

4. Proposal Development

  • Create compelling proposals, presentations, and sales collateral that communicate the product/service value clearly.

5. Relationship Building

  • Establish trust with potential clients, presenting the company as a reliable partner.
  • Engage key stakeholders to strengthen long-term business relationships.

6. Sales Strategy

  • Contribute to sales planning and the execution of revenue-driven strategies.
  • Assist the sales team in closing high-value deals.

7. Market Analysis

  • Conduct competitive and market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Tailor product positioning to customer and industry demands.

8. Technical Expertise

  • Provide technical guidance to the sales team and prospective clients.
  • Address and resolve technically related questions or concerns.

9. Solution Development

  • Deliver customized product demos and solutions that address customer business challenges.
  • Highlight product capabilities and value propositions effectively.

10. Lead Qualification

  • Support the qualification process by understanding customer needs and aligning them with company offerings.
