What would you do? The Strategic Sourcing Lead will utilize their deep FS & RE sourcing and supplier management experience to help our clients drive tangible results. In this capacity, you will work directly with an Accenture clients with responsibility for delivering category management services including, but not limited to, strategic sourcing, client stakeholder management, supplier performance management, and continuous cost and performance improvement. Additionally, you will develop and provide oversight for the execution of FS & CRE sourcing strategies that support each customer’s business goals while achieving optimal pricing, quality and service levels.You will be working as a part of Procurement management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results.Understand when & how to use a request for proposal (price and non-price factors) and RFQ (price only) and how to develop, execute and analyze the results. Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative information to assess, screen and select suppliers.
What are we looking for?

Roles and Responsibilities: Identify cost/productivity improvement opportunities in spending across a wide array of leading companies and industriesLead sourcing projects, including all key steps such as strategy development, supplier negotiation, award recommendations, business case presentations and supplier contract execution, leveraging and Agile approach to drive efficiency in executionProvide industry and supplier research, market intelligence and financial analyses to client.Support development of market insights from cross-client sourcing activity and collaborate with Facilities Practice advisors to develop content that enables knowledge sharing across the organization.Pursue and develop senior level stakeholder relationships at priority accounts, support account stakeholder relationship plansLead Category Strategy development for specified clients to identify project opportunities that achieve client goals and mature their procurement functionAble to lead and Mentor sourcing team on industry best practices with a special emphasis on market trends and insights, commercial structure assessment, negotiation strategies and contracting Engage with prospective clients during business development pursuits through support of contract assessments, client due diligence calls, and presenting the practice delivery approach and case studiesDraft and negotiate contracts based on client templates, in a timely manner with appropriate legal support to ensure compliance with client standards.
