Your Role in Our Mission

At Enveda, every role drives impact. As an Director, Operations, you ll be at the forefront of delivering hope to patients everywhere. Your expertise in operational management will be critical in accelerating our mission to drive continuous improvement and support scientific operations because every breakthrough starts with bold questions and brave actions.

What You ll Do:

Lead cross-functional strategic projects such as infrastructure expansion, space planning, and digital transformation.
Collaborate with Finance on budgeting, CapEx/Opex planning, and operational cost discipline.
Partner closely with HR on workforce planning, employee engagement, and office culture.
Lead day-to-day operations of our Hyderabad site, ensuring seamless lab, facility, safety, and administrative functioning.
Oversee IT Operations, Procurement, EHS complaince & Risk Management.

We are looking for:

Seasoned operations leader with 10-15 years experience across pharma, biotech, and R&D environments.
Expert at unifying facilities, IT, procurement, and admin to deliver seamless site operations.
Strong compliance mindset with deep EHS, biosafety, and audit readiness expertise.
Proven track record in vendor management, cost optimization, and scaling infrastructure in fast-growing settings.
Empowers cross-functional teams with clarity, accountability, and adaptable, hands-on leadership.
