Strong leadership, communication, negotiation skills, and experience in defining go-to-market strategies are essential. Additionally, the ability to bridge technical and commercial perspectives effectively is crucial. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree from a Tier 1 institution (such as IIT, IIM, ISB, XLRI, etc.) and have at least 18 years of professional experience in consulting, IT services, or data-driven business roles. Prior experience in Big 4 or top-tier IT consulting firms would be preferred.
