About the Role


Director of Product – Platforms & Growth


Key Responsibilities


Platform Charter

  • Own platform products that power growth, personalization, experimentation, promotions, and internal tooling.
  • Drive development of scalable internal systems that enable rapid GTM for other product verticals.
  • Partner with engineering to create modular, reusable APIs and backend-first products for rapid iteration.
  • Enable non-tech teams to self-serve through well-designed dashboards and configuration systems.


Growth Charter

  • Lead end-to-end growth initiatives focused on top-of-funnel (acquisition), mid-funnel (activation), and bottom-of-funnel (retention and monetization).
  • Partner with marketing, design, and data science to test, scale, and automate growth levers (SEO, CRM, Referrals, Push, Promotions, Growth Experiments).
  • Build a rigorous experimentation culture—AB testing, cohort analysis, retention modeling—and use insights to drive compounding growth.
  • ~10 years of overall experience, with at least 3–4 years in leading platform or growth products at scale.
  • Proven experience in high-growth startups, marketplaces, or consumer tech (preferred: ecommerce/quick-commerce).
  • Deep understanding of product architecture, scalability, and internal tooling/platform thinking.
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable digging into funnels, retention curves, and experimentation frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with cross-functional teams—engineering, data, design, marketing.
  • A builder's mindset: high agency, bias to action, and a passion for solving ambiguous problems.
