What You Will Be Doing
- Building and applying deep expertise in education products to inform strategic direction

Director Of Product Architecture Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical executive (CTO) for one or more education products, owning foundational capabilities and generating business value through flawless execution and strategic choices
Basic Requirements
- Substantial experience or strong interest in data-driven learning science
- 7+ years of experience leading critical architecture and design decisions on software projects, including the application of architectural design patterns or major open source technologies
- 2+ years of experience making design decisions that involve cloud computing services (primarily AWS)
- 4+ years of experience in roles with complete technical and delivery ownership over a revenue-generating product
- Experience developing product features that leverage advanced Generative AI capabilities
- Experience applying Generative AI to streamline and simplify work processes

Working with us
This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
