Director of Fundraising

The ideal candidate as the Head of Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR) will be responsible for designing, executing, and managing the organization's CSR initiatives across all business verticals, including education, healthcare, media, and technology. This role requires a visionary leader who can integrate CSR into the business strategy, enhance the company’s social impact, and ensure regulatory compliance. The CSR Head will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create sustainable programs that align with the group’s mission and values while making a measurable difference in society

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in CSR, sustainability, corporate philanthropy, or social impact roles with a strong fundraising background..
• Strong understanding of CSR laws, regulatory frameworks, and sustainability best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing large-scale CSR programs with measurable impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at the executive level. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in impact assessment and reporting.
• Passion for social change, sustainability, and community development.
