Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Director of Fundraising at Satyam Foundation. The Director will be responsible for major donors, communication, philanthropy, annual giving, and strategic planning. While the role is based in Bulandshahr, some work from home is acceptable, providing flexibility for the candidate. Qualifications Experience in Major Donor cultivation, Annual Giving, and Philanthropy Strong Communication skills Ability to develop and execute Strategic Planning for fundraising initiatives Previous experience in a similar role within the non-profit sector Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills Knowledge of fundraising database systems Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit Management, Business Administration or related field
