Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India for a Director of Fundraising. The Director of Fundraising will be responsible for developing and executing fundraising strategies, managing relationships with major donors, and overseeing annual giving campaigns. The role involves strategic planning, communicating with philanthropic partners, and ensuring that fundraising targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing relationships with Major Donors and expertise in Philanthropy
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in overseeing Annual Giving campaigns
• Proficiency in Strategic Planning
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Fundraising, or related field
• Proven ability to meet fundraising targets and deadlines
• Leadership and team management skills
