Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 12-20 years of experience to lead our Food & Beverage team at Hyatt Regency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry and excellent leadership skills.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee daily operations of the Food & Beverage department to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue growth.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to optimize profitability.
  • Supervise and train staff members to improve performance and achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve issues promptly.
  • Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing Food & Beverage operations in a similar establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control measures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills to drive business growth.
  • Experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
