Director of Finance And Accounting

As a Director Finance Asia Pacific at our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiencies in the APAC region. You will oversee financial planning and analysis processes, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with global and regional standards, statutory regulations, and corporate policies, while managing internal controls, audits, risk management, and tax strategies. In this role, you will also be in charge of operational finance, including regional accounting, cash flow, treasury, and working capital requirements. You will lead cross-border financial operations, encompassing multi-entity and multi-currency reporting. Moreover, you will play a key role in leading and mentoring country finance teams across the APAC region, fostering a culture of performance, transparency, and continuous improvement. Collaboration with the global CFO office, auditors, legal, HR, and external advisors will be essential in your role. You will be expected to present regular updates to senior leadership and the Board on regional financial health and strategic KPIs. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a CA/CPA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification, with 18-24 years of total experience, including at least 5-7 years in a regional or multi-country leadership role. A strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, taxation, and regional regulatory frameworks is required, along with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
