Manage and develop a large book of business consisting of 75-100 accounts by establishing, expanding, and nurturing relationships with key client stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.

Collaborate with key Henson Group technical and support resources to sell solutions and services to customers. Consistently providing exemplary service to all assigned Clients, Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and account strategic direction. Manage and lead the business development team, setting objectives and reviewing performance. Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies and materials.
