Join us in our journey of measuring progress to power human progress worldwide.We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Marketing to lead our South Asia marketing efforts for TOEFL and GRE. This high-impact role oversees the full marketing funnel—from brand awareness to conversion—across one of the world’s most vibrant education markets.You’ll own the regional strategy and budget, manage a local team and agency partners, and collaborate across global marketing, product, and sales. You’ll bring global campaigns to life locally while crafting homegrown initiatives that reflect South Asia’s unique trends, policies, and competitive landscape.This role is ideal for a leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, and who brings commercial acumen, operational discipline, and cultural fluency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for South Asia, balancing brand growth with performance and B2C channel development.
- Own and optimize the regional marketing budget across channels, products, and business goals.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing local team and agency partners.
- Define the regional marketing mix using customer insights, funnel analytics, and channel relevance.
- Execute integrated campaigns across digital, offline, events, PR, and influencer channels.
- Develop localized messaging and partnerships that resonate with learners, institutions, and agents.
- Support B2B sales enablement and lead generation through institutional marketing and co-branded campaigns.
- Establish a metrics-driven framework for marketing impact and performance optimization.
- Serve as the bridge between global marketing and South Asia operations, driving alignment and innovation.
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role in South Asia.
- Proven success in full-funnel campaigns across brand, digital, growth, and partnerships.
- Deep understanding of the South Asian education and testing landscape.
- Experience managing large budgets and high-performing teams.
- Fluent in English, with strong stakeholder management and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with sharp instincts for brand, creative, and channel performance.
