Director - Managed Offices

You are an experienced and strategic Director of Managed Offices responsible for leading and growing the managed / flexible workspace division within the commercial real estate portfolio. Your role involves overseeing operations, driving occupancy and revenue, developing tenant experience strategies, and optimizing performance across all managed office assets. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing the business strategy for managed office offerings, identifying growth opportunities, conducting market research, and ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional client service. You will collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation, manage pricing strategy, and support the sales team with client pitches and negotiations. In terms of financial management, you will be responsible for creating and managing budgets, P&L reports, and financial forecasts, monitoring performance metrics, and driving efficiency through cost optimization. Your leadership skills will be key in hiring, leading, and mentoring the managed office operations team while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Your focus on client experience and retention involves developing tenant engagement strategies, addressing client feedback promptly, and ensuring a high-quality service experience. Your qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Hospitality, or related field, along with 10 to 12 years of experience in commercial real estate. Strong financial acumen, leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential for this role. Preferred experience includes scaling flexible workspace offerings within a commercial real estate context and having an established industry network in the CRE or co-working/flex space sector. Familiarity with workplace technology, CRM systems, and property management platforms will be beneficial in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.,
